SEBI proposes stricter rules for securitisation deal trustees

The Securities and Exchange Board of India released a concept paper proposing some changes in the term sheets or formats that state the commercial terms for securitisation transactions. Securitisation is the process of converting loans into marketable securities known as pass-through certificate (PTC).
